All charges will be made in GB Pounds even if the currency displayed
is $ USD or € Euro or other currency. The currency change facility is only
offered as a guide and will always be slightly inaccurate due to exchange rate
fluctuations. The actual shipping cost is calculated during the checkout
procedure using our shopping cart. We reserve the right to make changes to the
shipping costs should there be extra charges due to your address not being in
normal courier destinations. We will notify you if this is the case.
How to Order
We are located in the UK but can ship worldwide , orders are made only via our
secure website. We accept Visa, Mastercard credit cards and Visa Delta, Visa
Electron, Switch and Solo debit cards. Please note that cheques must clear before
orders can be shipped and should be denominated in Pounds Sterling £GBP,
drawn on a UK bank and made payable to 'ISCaM Systems Ltd'. For all the offline
numbers and addresses you may need, check our contact details.
Most costumes will weigh between 2.5 to 3.5kg (5.5lbs to 7.7lbs). Our costumes
are made to order so please allow 4 to 5 weeks for delivery.

USA and Canada orders:
Tax is not charged for countries outside the EU. Orders to the US and Canada
are sent via FedEX courier this can take up to 3 days depending on whether North
American customs decides to query the parcel.
European Orders:
V.A.T. (Tax) is charged at 17.5% for all countries within the EU including UK
and Ireland.
Orders sent within the UK mainland are sent via City-Link couriers. Special
Delivery is used to send to Channel Islands and Northern Ireland (up to 2.5kg),
over that weight orders are sent via City-Link.
Citylink and Special Delivery are the fastest services. Customers in the Channel
Islands are exempt from VAT charges.
International Orders (Outside EU):
Tax is not charged for countries outside the EU. Orders outside of the EU are
sent via FedEX courier this can take up to 6 days.
Some countries such as Bulgaria and Nigeria and other countries which are more
susceptible to Credit Card fraud are not available destinations.
Please Note: The below table is offered purely as a guide, you will see
the exact shipping charge when you are making your order and this will be displayed
in the cart. We reserve the right to adjust charges to reflect the additional
cost of shipping items of greater than average weight (such as bulk orders).

Insurance
All CityLink parcels are insured for £13,000 by default. Special Delivery is
insured for up to £250. This cover does not protect against consequential
or commercial loss but does cover against damage or parcel misplacements. Thankfully,
a VERY rare occurrance.
A Saturday delivery (UK Mainland Only) is available but at extra £13.50 inc
VAT, please indicate this in the comments section of the checkout form and we
will advise you of the additional cost by phone or email.
All Prices are listedwithout VAT
Prices are listed exclusive of VAT but for the UK and European Union and will
be subject to VAT @ 17.5% in the final stage of the checkout procedure and added
to the total cost. Countries OUTSIDE of these areas will NOT be charged VAT
but MAY incurr local customs and excise charges upon delivery. Please ensure
that you log-in to see the correct Tax position for your country and status.
The standard delivery is for packages up to 5kg, Larger packages are charged
additionally pro-rata/kg. You can track your delivery by clicking the 'Tracking'
link. Insurance (loss & damage except consequential) is available only for UK
orders at an additional cost.
Warranty and Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase, we guarantee all the items we sell
for a period of 12 months from sale against defect and failure to perform. Items
which do fail to perform within the warranty period, will at our discretion,
be repaired free of charge. If you wish to have return your costume for a refund,
it must not have been used for an event and must be returned in the condition
you received it. Any refunds which are authorised will not include the shipping
part of the invoice.

Within 30 days
If within 30 days you are not happy with the item and have received assistance
and the problem persists, then dependent on the analysis, you can choose to
have either replace the item or provide a refund (except for original delivery
charges). If the part is wrongly ordered and you are returning it, please ensure
that you return it in the original packaging, and that it is in a re-sellable
condition. We will refund you the cost within 2 days of receiving your item
back. Items MUST be returned in the condition they were sold in.
After 30 days and Specially Ordered Products
If you are returning an item which is not faulty, after 30 days of purchase
or are returning stock which has been specially ordered on your behalf (not
normally in our product catalogue), then we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking
fee of 30% which will be subtracted from your refund or credit note upon receipt
of the goods. Delivery charges cannot be refunded. Items MUST be returned in
the condition they were sold in. Unused goods older than 3-months cannot be
returned for a credit.
Back-Orders Policy
If we are unable to ship all the goods due to an item being out of stock, we
will ship the short items free of charge once they have arrived in stock.
Overseas Shipping:
FedEX is used for overseas shipping. Please allow a few days for delivery. Contact
us for large order quotations, etc.
Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents as well as a description of the items. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
